As a company engaged in aluminium recycling and industrial materials, our products are supplied based on specific orders, quantities, and quality specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

2. Returns Policy

• Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted, due to the nature of recycled and industrial materials.

• Returns may only be considered if:

  • Incorrect material was delivered, or

  • The material does not meet the agreed specifications.

• Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photos and documentation.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and verification of the returned material.

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once the material has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.

5. Transportation & Handling

• Oveco Industries Limited is not responsible for damages or losses caused during transportation if the shipment is handled by a third-party logistics provider arranged by the customer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized, bulk, or specially processed aluminium materials are non-refundable.

• Any material altered, used, or resold after delivery will not be eligible for refund.
